The Coffee Shop staff were friendly. The Business Center had a guy who was incredibly helpful. He answered my questions and even booked train tickets for me. The room was spacious and offered a great view of the city.
The staff were unprofessional and did not provide good service. The area surrounding the hotel was not safe, and there were several instances where I did not feel comfortable walking around at night.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a coffee shop and business center on-site. the staff in both places were friendly and helpful, with the older guy in the business center going above and beyond to assist guests. the Mindu Sauna, while a bit hidden, offered exceptional service with a dedicated team of workers.
Some areas of the hotel lacked cleanliness, particularly in the hallways.

The coffee shop and business center staff were helpful and accommodating. the location was convenient, with easy access to the sauna which provided top-notch service and facilities.
The room was quite cramped, with minimal amenities. the hotel's facilities could use some updating as well, as some of the equipment was starting to show its age.
